This is my first glimpse of Lacey.
My baby is growing way to fast. She weighs 14 pounds 7 ounces and is doing great. So far she hasn't been sick, so we are glad about that. We all love her and are so blessed she came to our family.The day Lacey was born we had to be at the hospital at 5:30 a.m. I was so excited I couldn't stand it. They gave me an IV,took blood and monitored the baby until 7:00 a.m. Then I walked down the hall in my cute gown to the surgery room,where they gave me my spinal and prepped me for a c-section. They started surgery at 7:30 a.m. and at 7:48 a.m. Lacey was born!! Nothing better than hearing that cry for the first time.. We were so in love and couldn't wait to finally get that perfect little girl in our arms. I couldn't take my eyes off her. She weighted 7 pounds 12 ounces and 20 inches long. We cherish and love our princess..

I am with you on the excitement of a c-section. The night before is way exciting, but maybe a bit nervous. And I don't know about you, but the from the time you get there until the baby just seemed like forever. You just brought back some memories for me. Thanks. You little girl is beautiful.
