Merry Christmas

Here is the first look of the boys seeing what Santa left for them! They were surprised!
Bryce.

Rusty.

Lacey.

It is the morning we have all been waiting for! Kirby decided we needed to make it a little more memorable for the kids and cook breakfast before they could see their presents! I think this was torture, but they were all good sports about it. Especially when daddy made pancakes in the shape of gingerbread men! We listened to Christmas music and enjoyed our little family. What could be better?! We are so blessed..

Can't Forget Rudolph!

The boys were so concerned about leaving something for Santa to eat. What was going though my head is more cooking, yuck! So one of my good friends was telling me a few days ago that they make reindeer food and leave it for the reindeer while Santa is putting your presents under the tree. I thought this was a brilliant idea! So the ingredients consisted of oatmeal, sugar, of course and shiny red sprinkles, so the reindeer could find it. I let the boys decided how much to put in and they were sure the reindeer would be extra hungry! When we took it outside they decided to dump it on the porch so the reindeer would be as close to the house as possible so they could try to sneak a peek out of their bedroom window!!! It was so fun to watch their little imaginations go to work!
After all the presents were opened they had to venture out on the porch to see if the reindeer ate their food. Sure enough it was gone!!!!

Christmas Eve Bash!

Lacey was not so excited for presents she wanted beauty sleep instead!!!
Rusty's turn..

Bryce's turn...

We went to Grandma DeAnn's for Christmas Eve to party before the big day! Here are the boys enjoying there presents! Lacey enjoying something else!!:)

Lacey let us know she was around on the ride home from grandma's. What a little jabber girl!

Polar Express!

Here is the crew on the train!!

Daddy snapped a picture of his girls!:)

Bryce and Rust singing a Christmas carol on the Polar Express!

For Christmas this year Grandma DeAnn and Papa Lynn gave us tickets to go to the Polar Express! We were all so excited to go. We all wore our jammies that grandma picked out for the kids, with a little of the moms help!! We knew that their was a storm coming in, but never dreamed we would be fearing for our lives on the way! (that is no exaggeration!) Going through the canyon the car directly in front of us started fish tailing and ended up crossing the on coming lane of traffic and bashing into the snow bank!! It was so intense. After the car came to a stop and we were able to breath I was pretty much in tears and Kirby on the other hand burst out into laughter!! I couldn't believe he could laugh about something so scary!! He replied they are okay and it's so funny to see someone out of control!!!! To me their was nothing funny about it.
We got to the polar express just in time to jump on the train. I was still in shock that we actually made it! It was a blizzard the whole way.. The whole train ride wasn't how I thought it would be but it was magical for the kids!

Bedtime Snack!!

Two little monkeys!

Bryce and Rusty always have to have a snack before bed. Tonight it was my turn to tuck them in so I had to take a picture of them eating their bananas! They think of anything they can do to stay up longer. First a snack, a drink, a prayer, a kiss, a hug, a song, potty time, another kiss! I am such a sucker and do what ever they say until it's about the third time and then I say love you, sleep tight don't let the bed bugs bite and lights out! They are getting funner and funner!

Growing Like A Weed!

Here is her in her Christmas dress!
Here is her posing for me! What a cutie.

Lacey is 7 months! Oh my goodness, I never thought the baby stage would go by so fast but it is! She is such a pleasant baby all the time so time has just flown by. Girls are definitely different than boys. She is so jabbery and sweet! It is so fun to watch her learning right before your eyes. Her favorite baby food is sweet potatoes. She is getting close to crawling, she is at the stage were she slides backwards when she is trying so hard to go forward! She can also rotate in a circle. She is so giggly and busy all the time. The boys love her and are constantly playing with her. Daddy enjoys her until she realizes she needs her mommy and then she lets him know! Us girls have to stick together!!

Christmas Carols At The Nursing Home

Bryce is on the end. The boys really got into the songs!

Bryce doing some actions.

Bryce got to go sing at the nursing home for all the elderly people. It was so cute to watch him and his class. Grandma Debbie, Grandma DeAnn, and Daddy were able to leave work to come and watch the little program. He was so excited to sing and show everyone what songs they had learned. I thought he was the cutest one there!!!! :)

Officially a Senior Citizen!

What a handsome Daddy and Papa!!!

Haddie, Bryce, Papa, Rusty, and Luke what a gang!

Happy Birthday Papa! Tonight we got to celebrate Papa's birthday at Smokey Joe's Pizza. It was a lot of fun to get together as a family. The kids had a good time playing arcade games and being crazy. I can't believe my dad is 55 he still seems as young as ever. I hope that is the case for a very long time. I couldn't survive without his advice! I am so glad we live close to celebrate all the special occasions with family.

Sweet Moments

Maybe this means I am a bad mom, but it sure was cute! I was in the office on the computer and Lacey was sitting on the floor playing. Rusty was in the family room watching Spongebob while Bryce is at school. As I glance down on the floor to check on Lacey because she is being so quiet, she is gone! I jumped out of the computer chair and ran to the family room to find Rusty and Lacey watching cartoons together!! Rusty carried her to the TV without me even knowing. He said, "Mom I want Lacey by me". He is such a good big brother. We all get a kick out of some of the things he says and comes up with! He always keeps us on our toes!

Baby Lacey and baby Isabel checking each other out!

The Grandma's are showing off the new additions to their families, yes they are both adorable!!

It is always a good time with the Foster's, and quite a crowd! Their is never a dull moment. Bryce and Rusty had a blast with all their little cousins and as you can see Lacey even found one to play with as well! It was really fun and lot of good food of course. We had Sloppy Joe's, salads, chips, homemade root beer, and dessert. After dinner we played the left-right game and all ended up with a present! We definitely enjoyed ourselves and everyone else. The only problem was the night went by to fast! What a fun night!!

Ward Christmas Party

Last night was the ward Christmas party. The primary kids sang three songs and it was so cute. The little kids got to be presents! Bryce did so good, he was a great little singer. Dinner was soup, salad, and desert! It was fun to visit with friends and ward members.

Are you ready?!

We'll here is our tree in the process of decorating it! It is a little lop sided and uneven but it is good enough for us!! No, it's not the beautiful, perfect, decorated tree you were expecting, but the boys had a great time hanging ornaments! This makes for good memories, right? One day I will have that perfect tree again, but I am not wishing for it. (I don't want my kids to grow up!) I love to decorate for the holidays and make things all festive!! So fun..

Thanksgiving with the Chatterton's

What a great Thanksgiving! I love this time of year! We had a great time and a ton of food which was no surprise! (the more the merrier!)

The cousins have such a great time together, it is so fun to watch all their little brains working all at once. We are so grateful all of are family is close, and we can enjoy each others company!

The Shining!

Here we are, gotta have a picture of the hunting tree adventure!

Here's Kirby, proud of his finding!(Until we compared it to Grandpa's!)

I had to take a picture of Bryce and Papa adoring one another. How sweet!

Lacey just enjoying the ride!
I can't believe it's time to go cut down a tree again! Years go by faster and faster! It has became tradition to go up in the mountains and pick out the perfect tree. So Saturday we went and Papa Lynn was able to come and it was a great time, like always. It was such a nice day. Kirby is still complaining their is no snow, but it was nice not trudging through the snow getting a tree..
Lacey and I stayed in the truck and were toasty warm, while the boys jumped out and took off straight up the hill. It's so fun to see how proud Bryce and Rusty are when they come walking to the truck with a tree! I will post the final product when it's decorated!:)

Grandpa Kingfords Strength.

Well Grandpa Kingsford is a very sick guy, once again! I don't mean that in a bad way. He has been on his death bed several times in just the last few years and he is a fighter, he always pulls through.. He turned 80 years old on June 5th. He has such a big heart and tries to hide it under his gruff voice, but he can't fool me. I am so grateful for those talks that we have been able to have one on one. I truly cherish that time. All my grandparents are great examples and have taught me more than they know. They inspire me, and make me want to do my best. One of the things my grandpa has always done is plant a garden. (It is the best looking one in town, for sure!) Despite him being short of breath, conquering colon cancer, and having a hard time getting around, he manages to plant and take care of his garden. I can't leave out the best part, which is when he calls and says to stop by and get some vegetables. He always has a great sense of humor whether life is grand or the pits.. It is so hard for me to watch our grandparents getting older, but I know that's life and the plan. So I pray for my grandpa to stay strong and endure this rough time.. I know he receives strength from above and if anyone one can conquer this it is him... We love you, Grandpa King.

Happy Birthday Daddy!

Here's daddy ready to blow out his candles with a lot of help!!:)
Well, 32 years old! How does that make you feel daddy? You get more handsome every year! Sunday was Kirb's Birthday, we had a great day. We went to church, then came home and I made breakfast for lunch! (Kirby loves breakfast.) Then we relaxed sang and blew out candles and ate cake.. Oh their were no presents to open because Kirby bought a snowmobile helmet, boots, and suit, so no big surprise but It was a fun day spending time with the birthday boy!!

We love you! Happy Day!!

High Five Club!

Bryce came home from pre-school today and was so excited, he is in the High Five Club at school! This means that he can recognize every letter in the alphabet! (What a little smarty.) He was so happy and couldn't wait to tell daddy and grandma! He loves going to school and looks forward to it. I am so glad that I get to stay home and enjoy those little moments. I was so proud I wanted to cry. I am so blessed to have such a perfect little family.. Great job Bryce, I am so proud of you..

Story Time Fun.

I have totally been failing in the reading department with the kids. So when we woke up and it was cold and rainy it was time for some stories.. My boys love to read for hours. It is so great to hold and snuggle them. We had a lazy relaxing day, it was so nice. I hope to get better with the reading now that the weather is cold, and enjoy story time more often!!

Kirby meets Kirby!

Today I had a vacuum salesman come to my door and insisted on coming in and showing me the amazing Kirby vacuum. I have always wanted to get one but I always had a hard time spending a lot of money on a vacuum. Well, the salesman won, he gave me two knives and a mini vacuum for my car, just to get in the door. Then the demonstration began, he hooked and unhooked, vacuumed and cleaned, to show me all the dirt I was missing with my own vacuum. Yuck, I have to say he made my carpets look like they were filthy. The price he came up with was 1,600 and as he continued his spill he replied this is the lowest price I can give and a great deal. Well of course I couldn't give in.. Yet!! So he ended up calling his boss and having him talk to me. He asked me what I would pay and I said 1,000 and easy as that it was a deal!! I couldn't believe it!! So I wrote out a check and now I have 2 Kirby's!!! One to love and one that cleans! What more could you ask for!!! :)

Tis the Season!!

Okay, I have to post one more bow because it made me so excited for Christmas! I will definitely be finding an outfit to match it.. I had a bow making day at my house with some good friends in the ward and we had a great time sharing ribbon, ideas, food, and lots of laughs. The kids also had a fun play day. With 6 little ones running around with great imaginations! We all enjoyed ourselves.. What a great day!

I Have Talent!!!

I have been so excited today! My good blogging buddy Rosie gave me instructions on how to make these cute bows. I have tried several different ways and after all the time, ribbon, and, patients it never quite turns out as good as I thought.(Maybe it's the one making them!) So I am either having a lucky day or this bow is really cute!!(Oh and I can't leave out my little poser! :) ) I love to dress up my little girl. I'm not sure what I did with all my time before I had her. A new outfit is not complete without a matching bow and bracelet! Kirby just loves to have a girly girl, even though he tries not to show it! (I see that proud daddy smile!) Well let me know if I passed the bow making contest. Thank you Rosie and Connie...

What a Croupy Halloween!!

Yes, you guessed it! Rusty ended up with Croupe on Halloween! What are the chances? He hardly slept the night before so he finally crashed this afternoon for about 4 hours. (thank goodness!) We have been doing breathing treatments with a nebulizer, and lot of Tylenol! He has been so miserable. He woke up right before Trick or Treating time and decided sick or not, he didn't want to miss out on candy! So we got him dressed and away we went! Poor little guy, their is nothing worse than your children sick. (Update-Rusty is on the mend we finally seen improvement tonight before bedtime.)

Trick or Treat!

Here they are after getting a bag full of candy from trunk or treat! Little Rusty was definantly ready to get back home and cuddle up on the couch.

Here is Bryce being a Transformer and Rusty being Spiderman. It's a good thing Rusty has a mask on cause he looked almost green he was so sick!

Well here is our little spook! She didn't get much of a costume this year because mom was to cheap. Got this Shirt in Walmart for 3.00 and .50 cents for the orange ribbon! Be honest, could she be any cuter?!:>

This is what daddy was for Halloween! Pumpkin head with muscles! Staying home on Halloween night is much more eventful with dad around! He had us all laughing, especially when he didn't know if his head was going to come out!!(Ha, Ha!!)

So, Kirby got really creative with his pumpkin and used his daughter for the highlight of the night! I have to admit it was really cute to see little Lacey trying to eat some pumpkin! It was a good time. This pumpkin didn't even need a candle to be lit up!!!
