Today I was making the boys a hot dog as our dog out back started barking. So as I glanced out the window, I thought their was a cow in our back yard! But I looked again and all I could say is,"Oh my gosh, Oh my gosh!" It was a Big 'Ol Moose! As my brain started to work again I couldn't get the camera fast enough! So this is the picture I got. What an exciting moment! Rusty couldn't figure out why mom was making such a big deal over a cow!
Who says you have to go to Yellowstone to see the Wildlife?! :)

Sleigh riding sounds fun. Kyle hasn't changed a bit! We went tubing the other day........-20 below is not fun to tube in!

That's funny! Technically it is a cow. A cow moose.:-) We had one in our front yard last winter and I live in the middle of town. I ran to get a camera but it was gone before i came back. None of my neighbors believed me. I think that they thought I was crazy. If only I had my camera a little quicker.

How much fun that was for your boys to see that! They definitely don't come around as often as the elk and deer! Sean took Housten on a hike this morning and they saw a little buck deer. He kept calling it an "elk" and told me his dad said he couldn't shoot it until it was a little bigger. Sean has already turned him into a hunter- oh no! I love to read your blog and see all of the fun things you guys always do! It always makes me smile!!
